ATS works with local commercial and government clients to provide a broad range of technical staffing solutions. ATS provides short and long term technical staffing for project managers, business analysts, network engineers, database programmers, web developers, IT technicians, help desk and more.

Applied Technology Services has a staff of highly qualified, highly experienced and highly trained personnel. This staff is backed by an organization with a strong management team, mature management systems, and established business partnerships with key vendors. The ATS management team has strong experience in the management of resources, projects and tasks for government contracts and is actively engaged in maintaining progress and mitigating issues before they arise. In addition, the key management resource for all recruiting and staffing functions is PMI-certified Project Management Professional.

ATS is engaged in providing resources to Baltimore City through the City-wide Networking Support and Services agreement. We are currently providing staffing for the Mayor’s Office of Information Technology, the Baltimore Convention Center, the Baltimore Police, Baltimore Geographic Information Systems and the Maryland Department of Human Resources. These positions include network engineers, network administrators, programmers, help desk technicians, field technicians, project managers and business/system analysts. In addition, we provide staffing solutions on a number of contracts for MD State Agencies and Local County Governments.
