ATS Care includes printer and desktop equipment maintenance, server installation and maintenance
and network support.
These services are offered in and out of warranty depending on the
manufacturer. Applied Technology Services specializes in supporting multi-vendor PC environments
from the desktop through the mid-range and enterprise network environment. Types of hardware
supported includes: servers, laptops, desktops, laser printers, scanners, plotters, matrix
printers, hubs/routers, wireless devices, video conferencing equipment and other mid-range
systems.
ATS currently performs warranty services for IBM, Compaq, Dell, Xerox/Tektronix, Hewlett
Packard, Acer, Lexmark, and Epson. All warranty services are delivered to customers in
accordance with the OEM’s warranty policies.
In addition to standard warranty, Applied
Technology Services offers a variety of warranty uplift service programs with increased
coverage and response time requirements. Out-of-warranty repairs are provided for a wide
range of equipment.
